Working on an average rate of 500 stitches, I think I have about 27 days left to finish if I don’t miss any days at that rate, or less days if I keep above 500 stitches each day. It’s possible, but you ever know what gets in the way.

I’m happy to say that lines 231 to 240 were completed early this morning, and a total of 1,150 stitches today has seen awesome progress.
I’m on the downward slide now, and with a following wind should manage a finish next month. After that, I will be starting a limited rotation of my active HAED WIPs. I am hoping that I can make the most of the youngest kid’s weekend away to use my webcam that seems to have migrated to his handy dandy powerful computer to film a little parade of them, and discuss the rotation.

… after an excellent day spent with my Mother-in-Law (and a supreme lunch) I’ve rounded today off with a line finish on 221 to 230.

I’ve also completed lines 211 to 220, and am nearly finished with lines 221 to 230.
I did make a quick video, but am having trouble uploading it, and as it’s so long sine I used YouTube, I have forgotten how to upload, or need to put an app on my iPad to do it.

I was mentioning to Belusi Stitches on YouTube about my DMC storage, and realised that I probably hadn’t shown you the second trolley that I added a little time ago. I love the fact that the Wham Boxes fit securely in the top trays and I have the additional storage (including the tray tops on the middle trays) for a convenient place to pop things like my notebooks, etc.
The trolleys sit in arc to the side of my frame and push easily out of the way if I need to move, or have finished stitching. They don’t take up much in the way of footprint.
I do still have to finish making the remaining fabric envelopes, so there are a few paper wage packets peppered throughout the system. By the way of full disclosure, adding replacement skeins to the master set has not happened for some time and I have a pile to add on to Annie’s Keepers and file away.
As is usual with the Universe the mere fact that I mentioned my delivery saw it turn up. Positive thinking and gratitude at its finest.

I have my son’s partner popping over to finish her baby quilt for an expected arrival, and as it is pouring with rain I am hoping that I can get on with the next set of lines - as you can see there is not t.of much to do on that.

I should get another set of lines completed today, and the next step tomorrow if I keep this punishing pace up. Although, I am aware that I am seriously biting myself in my padded bottom for next year to keep up out-stitching previous year daily totals. I do have a whole week or more no stitch days that may help that though, it is a bridge to be thought about then and not worried over now.
I am taking a break now to do chores, and maybe watch something, I was given the heads up for a Netflix series, I think it is called Pentabulous or some such thing. Forgive me if this is a series that is old news to the rest of you, I do not as a rule watch too much tv. Having said that, Five Bedrooms on British BS Corporation has been excellent(although strictly speaking it was I think made in Australia).
By for now, and have a most exceptional day.

I’m about half way down page 7, but good grief Batman, look at that confetti ...
Still, it’s a temporary situation, I am nearly through it.
The last previous days I have managed 1000 and 707 respectively, which has put me up by 6,071 above the 2021 11th May stitch total. Colour me every kind of happy. I am sitting at YTD 58,782 as at last night.
I did a calculation last night, and had 24,981 to go on this WIP. In the scheme of things that is a handful left, well if you have giant hands, but at the rate I stitch it is not far off. I would love 1,000 a day, however, I have other things to do, so it’s going to be about 2 months. I did not use StitchPal as it is a super-clunky app, but I now wish I had as I could know a day on day predicted finish date.
Talking of other things, I will be reaching the daily target for today of greater than 230 stitches (I am in at c. 180 as I take a break for breakfast), and then change into my work gear and finish steaming off the remainder of one of the ground floor hall walls. Once that is done, I have the other hall ... it’s a T shape configuration ... walls, or at least most of them to also steam off. I am not kidding you, there are at least of 4 layers of wallpaper and paint on the top to get through.
I would like to get in the garden, too, but that is a distant hope today and probably tomorrow.
